1. Service Agreement: By booking a connection or requesting a callback through Sai Info Services, you authorize our team to contact you via Phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding the scheduling and completion of your installation.

2. Payments: For full transparency, we maintain a Cash on Delivery (COD) / UPI directly to the technician policy. You are required to pay only after the successful physical installation, signal locking, and activation of your DTH service. Beware of any unofficial online advance payment links.

3. Installation Constraints: We strive to complete installations within 4 business hours across active service pin codes. Service times may occasionally vary due to inclement weather, traffic congestion, or localized product stock delays. In such cases, priority rescheduling is provided without any penalty.

4. Warranty & Ongoing Support: Hardware pieces (Set-Top boxes, remote, dishes, and LNB) come with standard Tata Play manufacturer coverage. Subsequent account billings and technical queries will be managed through the official service pathways inside the subscriber application.
